§1 · Delivery rates and times

§2 · Handling and dispatch

Orders are prepared within 1–3 working days and dispatched from our partner warehouses in Asia via the Cainiao logistics network, then delivered by a local carrier. A tracking link follows by email once the parcel is on its way.

§3 · Tracking and delays

The first scan may take 24–48 hours. Bank holidays, peak season and customs inspections can extend delivery. If nothing has arrived within 10 working days of the estimate, email us — we'll chase the carrier and replace or refund if the parcel is lost.

§4 · Import charges

UK prices include VAT. EU and Swiss deliveries may attract local import VAT, duty or carrier handling fees payable by the recipient before release. These are outside our control and not collected by Daxora.

§5 · Payment

Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is collected in pounds sterling at checkout; your bank may apply a conversion. Card data is processed by PCI-DSS-compliant providers and never stored by us.
